Been to this 1 a few times & ya most fast food has a high turn over of employment. Well I guess it goes for mangers to!!! My husband and I have been to Wendy's 3 times in the last 2/weeks & all 3 times there has been a new cashier & the same mean ole manger all 3 times now I don't remember her before but I came up to get a refill & the cashier was taking someone order so the manger ask me what i needed & I told her a refill on my coke, she said ok "I WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU" she went back to the drive-thru & the cashier was with a customer & had just finished when she comes back over to me & as she's walking, YELLS at him y haven't u got her drink yet, now mind u he just finished his customer & did not have time to ask me what I wanted, So how the heck would he even know what I wanted. Plus, it's not the first time she has been rude to an employee in FRONT of customers but each time we went back there was a NEW person they were training as a cashier & the sad part about it all is the cashiers they hired, all 3 of them were very nice & seemed to know what they were doing on the register. It's very unprofessional for any employee to yell at another employee in front of customers. If u hate your "the manager" job that much go find something you would like instead of making everybody's else's life & job a living hell!!!!
Drive thru that is supposed to be open 24 hours closes at 1am EVERY NIGHT! Then doesn't open back up til 4 am.
I'd watch your pocketbook here:( They don't know how much their "specials" should be, and they don't like to give receipts:(
Went and ordered food, received food and proceeded to the drink machine. As i was filling up my cup, something fell out the ceiling air vent onto my arm. IT WAS A ROACH
