Not one question was overlooked or forgotten, he even called a few days later to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. He was great!!

Abbey and Wes knew I was on a budget and they worked with me to help me buy a car. They even looked into different programs such as the college graduate program to see if I qualified.

I liked the fact that I was never hassled. They helped me with my choice that I had in mind when I came in. When I said that i would return in a day or so to look again, no one tried to hassle me about buying right away. They are a very unique dealership!!

Conrad Brooks is an outstanding sales person! My experience was on-par if not better than a luxury brand experience, like my last at Audi (which I considered the best experience before)

You know how they say "The best new cars make the best used cars"? Well, Toyota of SB made that statement 100% true when I went there, shopping for my first Toyota. I had an SUV that I loved, but hated the poor gas mileage and expenses that came with it getting older. I got a used Toyota RAV4 that I really like! My dad, who is a mechanic, went with me to buy the car. He was impressed at how well the car had been taken care of, as well as the low mileage that was on the car. He said I should buy the car because it would gone if I left without it. I am so happy I listened to him.

We really liked our salesman, Chris Thomas. He was low key, but also had a very responsive approach. We also particularly were impressed with how quickly we were able to complete the purchase and paperwork process.

Toyota of SB went above and beyond to find the exact vehicle that I wanted. That was not an easy task either being that the earthquake in Japan has interrupted the flow of vehicles coming to the states. Big thanks for getting my perfect car.
