I had a problem with the heated seats on my Yukon coming on and not going off when I pressed the button. Also, the unlock button did not operate. I went to the service department and Bridget immediately greeted me and asked how she could help. She was very professional and I made an appointment for the next day. When I dropped off my car, they gave me a ride back to work. They called later that morning and said the car was ready. When I went back to pick up the car, David the mechanic explained to me what he had done and he was very professional. The price was fair and I have not had any more problems with these issues. This was very good experience! Their customer service was excellent!
I do not do online review, but this one is in order. By far the best dealership I have ever been to. The leadership here really does care. If anyone ever gives you bad service always ask for the manager. Because they do care. I have been through some tough spots with this dealer with cars, and in the end after 3 cars and many trips to the repair shop over the years they are a stand up business. Most places would show you the door, but not here. They do whatever they possible can to help. Seriously like family. All I can say is thank you deacon jones for all you have done for me. You are actually a place I feel I can trust in the auto business that is hard to find.
Bought a really nice boat from these guys,nothing but great things to say. Was thinking about adding several expensive items,like upping the engine size,outriggers, stuff like that, they talked me out of them and saved me alot of money. After using the boat I'm really glad we didn't have these add ons. For various reasons. They could have just taken my money, but instead they took the time to ask me questions about my fishing style. A very personal touch, they want you to be happy with your purchase. Have always taken boat back to them for service and a few other things. They have always been honest and fair and have been pretty quick turn around.
We have been buying cars from CCOG for 12 years now. I am now like a part of the family there! Our most recent purchase was March 31st. We traded our 2013 Malibu LTZ for a 2016 Malibu Premier. I LOVE THIS CAR! As far as the purchase itself, the process was smooth and every step of the way, we were met with professionalism! I am a huge stickler for customer service, and without a doubt, Ed Carter, and the staff there knows what they are doing! We were offered water, juice, and coffee while in the office, and there wasn't the "pressure" most people feel when at a dealership. Thanks CCOG!!!
Great people! I bought a 2005 Toyota Camry from them back in September 2015. They were very helpful and made everything easy to understand. I am loving this car, haven't had a single complaint. I will definitely be returning to purchase my daughter a car next year.
