Coast to Coast Compounding is an excellent pharmacy! They always fill all of my prescriptions accurately, they have very fast delivery & work with my insurance company to get me coverage. They also have the best prices in the Denver area if you don't have insurance coverage. If there is ever a delay ( which only happened once due to them having problems getting medication from their supplier who was affected by hurricane Irma), they notified me immediately that my prescription would be delayed. All of my doctors use them for their compounding needs because they are very accurate, can compound anything & are excellent in every way! If you ever need a personalized compounding prescription filled, I recommend you try Coast to Coast!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am not one to ever negatively write about any business because everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt & a second chance. However in this case I'm left no choice but to warn others. My pelvic specialist recommended this place to me as its apparently their compounding pharmacy they send all patients to but the customer service I received was beyond terrible. First off I pre-paid the $90 for two damn prescriptions which I never received. So when I hadn't got them in the 3 days I was quoted, I waited a lil over a week to call & I was told they were undeliverable. Um hello?! Why didn't you call me to alert me, so I then requested them to be resent to a different in case it was my apartment. Again waiting a week & a half. Nothing called again to say I didn't want them anymore because I was sick of waiting & being out nearly $100. They said totally fine, apologized & said they'd refund me and to expect in 1-2 business. Then 2 weeks I had to receive it. Mine you at this point I had called then multiple times & left messages to which none were returned nor did I have my $90! I called again & left another message requesting my refund immediately & a call back to tell me it was completed. So Monday I received a call from the lady who said she refunded me first time and she said oh sorry it wasn't refunded. To which I replied I know & obviously remembered her. She again apologized & said she refunded it. Here it is 12/23 and I still am out of my $90, which I needed for Christmas. This whole process has taken close to 2 months & I have never been more disappointed in a company especially in medical field! If I'm paying for scripts to be MADE I expected more. So I'm writing this to warn other future customers to just say no to this over priced company with terrible customer service & to just support a better deserving company.
