I have bought 6 vehicles at the dealership since 2009. The service has dropped dramatically since. The service department is the absolute worst. On this trip had an-appointment for monday morning. When i showed up my name was not on the board and the tec I made the appointment with was not in. His fill in was not happy at all. I was informed later in the day that my truck would be ready the next day. Guess what, it wasn't. Had to rent a vehicle, a mechanic did not even look at it until the 2nd day, part took 24 hours to arrive. Next i spoke to Jordan was informed they were working on my 2500 and it should be done in an hour. Showed up 3 hours later and it is still in the shop. DO NOT TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK I WANT TO HERE, TEL ME THE TRUTH. Well it was not in the shop it was pulled out to work on something else. GO TO ANY OTHER DODGE DEALER. AVOID CHRISTOPHER DODGE SERVICE AT ALL COST. I was a customer for life but i will never buy another vehicle here or have any service done. Good luck

Pretty annoyed that my first experience with this dealer's service dept. would be so negative: Returning from the first oil change on our new vehicle, I checked under the hood and NO oil registered on the dipstick. Adding an additional quart only brought it up to the "Add" mark. An oversight, no doubt, but I don't intend to return here for service!
Review A great dealership with knowledgeable people and service made it a pleasure to shop for a new car. The dealer answered every question that I had, and with so many new and technical features, I had a lot of them. He even had Service hoist the car so I could see the frame, exhaust system, transmission orientation, drain plugs, engine bottom, struts, supports etc. There's a lot of info under there. With it's cooled bearings housing, which should add reliability, the turbo boosts the horsepower to 250hp (from a four cylinder boxer engine) and made passing and merging onto the highway a breeze while still sipping the fuel. The navigation system is easy to use and guides me to where ever I want to go, and the EyeSight Technology warns of non-blinkered lane changes and stopping distance warnings without being too loud or irritating. The space inside is fantastic, especially the cargo area with the rear back rests folded down. Still, my favorite is how the vehicle doors, hatch and engine start remains locked for everyone except for whoever carries the FOB. It's always accessible for me by just pulling the door handle and pushing the start button. Can't get any better than that!
My purchase of my 2002 VW passat last week was a good one overall. The car looked solid and well maintained and after the small test drive I was confident that I would chose the car. However, I knew that there were a few kinks with the vehicle. Its got 140,000 miles on it which is old and obviously something may go wrong soon or later. However I noticed electrical problems in the instrumentation panel lights almost immediately driving it off the light. The sales person was very helpful and informative throughout the sale. There was no pressure to buy the car and he was very forth coming about the issues and such he knew it had. I was only upset because the day after I took it to an authorised VW mechanics and they had found a few key problems which would have to be fixed sooner than later. Some of these repairs I feel wouldve been better done before selling me the vehicle as I was unaware of some of these mechanical issues that I would have to pay over $1000 to fix and Im on a tight budget. I did truly appreciate the great customer service of the sale and honesty from my salesperson but would think it would be fairer if they were to provide at least, partial support for fixing out these other little problems I found in the vehicle. Finally, I convinced the dealership to make the repair of the most important fix I needed to make and they agreed. Overall it was a great experience and it helped with the anxiety which comes when shopping for an old, used car which you hope will be running well without incident. I appreciate the support and resources that AutoNation offers to as to keep the customer happy and wanting to keep their purchase. I have no regrets yet!
Great Service on my 2005 Dakota. Excellent turnaround time. Finally fixed that rattle that I've had FOREVER! Full checkup before my 1,800 mile tow trip.
By far the worst experience I have had with a dealership. Went in on a saturday, came close to making a deal. Thought about it more over the weekend then called back on Monday because I was still very interested. Dealership raised the price on truck and lowered trade in value because Monday is the 1st day of the month. Dealership accused me of not knowing that I should have accepted the deal on Saturday because it was the last day of month. Apparently I was unaware that they were just making that deal on Saturday to meet quotas for end of month. Wow, guess the old hand shake and honor system is lost in this day and age. Do yourself a favor and do business with a different dealer.

Quoted me $580 to replace exhaust manifold gasket on my 98 Dakota 4*4. My regular mechanic took less than an hour. Six bolts on engine manifold and 2 for exhaust. I'll never call them again.
RACISTS! Even against a VET!If I could give negative stars, I would.I don't know what kind of Mickey Mouse operation they are running over there but both the salesman AND the GENERAL MANAGER made racial comments against me.I had bought a used car from them Saturday night, and upon further inspection at my house, the bumpers have been repainted and possible replaced before (did not show up on CARFAX).So I wanted to return the car because they had a 5 days, 250 miles money back guaranteed. So I went ahead and called up that sales rep thinking it was no big deal because it was honored in their rule book. The sales rep (Dave Britton) kept hammering me what the "main reason" I wanted to return the car. I told him I don't want to have to deal with it (the bumpers and other unseen misfortunes) down the road. And I honestly told him that "It's an Asian thing. We don't want to spend money just to settle on something."His reply: "That's why I don't like dealing with them. Click." - hung up on me.This was the same salesman that thanked me for my service in the Marines the night I had purchased the vehicle.So I proceeded to calling the GM (Kevin Swan(?)). To my surprise, he laughed and taunted me. Kevin said "Why did you buy a used car then? I'm too poor to afford a new car (Mockingly). I guess Asians don't like things painted." Then he started laughing and not even letting me get a word in.Wow...wow...I have no words.I left the owner a message. Let's see how this turns out.Just stay away from this place...
