I have been a patient with this "practice" for over a year; starting early 2015. I wish I would have seen the YP reviews before I transferred to them from out of state. The other reviews are completely accurate. The desk staff are completely unprofessional, "sharing" with each other when they should be dealing with the waiting patients, I actually had to go on their sign up sheet to ask a question of the receptionist. I was the only patient on the list. After waiting 15 minutes to ask my question, the receptionist went on break!
My pharmacy has to make multiple requests of their office to refill a prescription. When contacted by me they say they "just got the request"; this seven days after the third request was sent by the pharmacy.
Worst administrative operation I've encountered. I am treated better at the auto service department of my dealership.
Looking for another physicians practice.
A few days ago I went in and saw a PA for a lung infection. She gave me a Z-pac which started making me feel better. Once completed, I started to feel the infection coming back, so another round of antibiotics was in order. I called and was told I could not continue with more medicine unless I came in for another visit and spent another co-pay. I understand this is important protocol for most things---but this just felt like a revenue generator for the office. When we first came to the practice a few months ago, my wife and I thought it was unusual that most of the upfront paperwork had to do with what will happen if you don't pay, instead of medical background and history. the customer service is lacking. I give them low marks and will not be back.
I came in today requesting antibiotics and a mild pain medication for severe headache caused by a Sinus infection. The Physicians' Assistant flatly refused and treated me like I'm some kind of drug attack. She mentioned that I am on pain management for another condition and that would violate my contract with the pain management specialist. (For the record, I am on non-narcotic meds for back pain.) I offered to call my Pain management physician to clear me for the requested med. The P.A. wanted to speak with their office staff and promptly left the room with my cell phone in hand. When she came back she informed me that she will not write the script because my request (according to her) is not medically necessary. Since when is it not medically necessary to prescribe medicine for pain? Her condescending tone and overall attitude was at best humiliating. And... I left the office in pain. This is truly substandard care. I will say that I have had much better experiences at this facility with other providers. This P.A. is newly employed there, she has lackluster bedside manner and questionable judgement. I would steer clear of this facility and at the very least, not recommend this P.A.
This office is the best experience I have ever had going to the Doctor. I recommend everyone to use this facility and its highly trained staff of Physicians and Physician Assistants. My appointment was at 2pm and I was called back to the room before 2 and I was expecting a long wait because the office was full. The assistant took my blood pressure and weight and told me the Doctor would be right in to see me. The doctor came in and gave me the examination and prescriptions and was very nice and very professional. The doctor also spent extra time asking about my medical history as well as my family since it was my first visit. I am very glad that I found this office and will always come back. If you want to visit the doctor and feel like a person who will be taken care of and not the normal in and out bad experience like most offices in town come try this location and I am sure you will be as pleased as I was. Thank you again to the Doctors and staff for all your help.
I can't overlook how horrible and unprofessional the billing department is. The Dr was fine but the office made and error and billing insists the patient cover their error. We planned to return to the Dr but not after having to deal with their billing dept. It really isn't worth it. Go elsewhere so you can get quality healthcare in the office and out when you leave. The office is everything in making your experience horrible or decent. Sorry, Doctor we won't be back until you fix your office staff.

On 3 separate medical visits, these folks have NOT gotten back to me with test results. I've had to call and call, leave messages, wait and wait and when the call backs finally came, they were from a secretary or nurse or someone who was NOT the doctor. Each and every time, these young girl voices gave me WRONG test result information. When I questioned them, they got surly and rude in an effort to disguise their lack of knowledge. I feel concerned for those that truly rely on the advice of these folks and do not have enough saavy to actually get a copy of their test results and read and question them for themselves. Do your self a favor, if you do use this practice, insist on seeing your test results with your own eyes and perhaps get a second opinion. These folks need to sharpen their security practices and concern themselves with accurate information and get rid of the foolish kids that ""work"" behind the front counter.
