plan to contiue using Jennings service in the future, as will my daughter for her Volkswagen.She has in the past and also feels very comfortable with the service. This is a challange for a woman to truly trust any dealings on their own, regarding any aspect of their car! Thank you to all there, espically the female head of the sevice Department. She goes above and beyond, and makes certain that all aspects of the service is understood in a friendly and completely non- condesending way, which happens too often with most service depatments of most dealerships towards other women! Can't think of any other place we would choose to deal with. Thank You!

All the members who assisted me in my repair process were extremely helpful, friendly, thorough, and efficient. I would like to mention that Amir D was the first person I was in contact with and he was more than willing to assist and guide me to the service center to help fix my car. He also went out of his way to call and follow up with me regarding the repair. The service representative, Greg Janek, was very helpful and understanding of my issue. He guided me through the repair process and also followed up on my repair. Greg also took care of my car very quickly. Finally, the technician, Mike K did a great job of repairing my car very quickly and it looked and ran great! Your staff is very professional, great at assisting customers, and great at creating returning customers.

I feel Jennings VW always goes above and beyond any pother dealership with their personell. They employ the nicest people that always seem to care. Whenever I walk around the dealership, everyone always says hello and asks if I need to be assisted.
Lisa is the epitemy of what customer service should be. She always provides me with the best service and advice on things that I need. Almost like she is part of my family suggesting what is best for me and my family. It is a pleasure being part of the Jennings family of customers.
I have to say, purchasing a car from Jennings was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I am a VW loyalist and have mistakenly purchased VW's at some of those other dealerships, never once being treated remotely as well as I was here at Jennings.
There is no pressure here, no games, no bait and switch, no psychological or numerical tricks, no haggling ridiculousness. It's completely smarm-free -- everyone here is genuinely nice, *honest*, friendly and helpful. For real -- I know it's hard to believe but it's true. Everything is laid out clear as day and their top concern is the purchaser's happiness. I was treated like a person, not a checkbook. I always thought buying a car was supposed to be fun, and everyone at Jennings proved that to be true.
As another reviewer said, there is a reason why Jennings is the #1 VW dealer in Illinois.
We would like to personally Thank Kerry Leino for her warm smile she gives to us every time we come in to have our Volkswagen serviced. Kerry Leino is always Professional and thoughtful by remembering our children. She remembers their names even though we do not come in regularly. She also was attentive and stated that our car is due for some routine maintenance and wanted to know if we wanted to schedule an appointment which we gracefully declined at this moment. She checks to see if we have received our emails and double checked our address to make sure that we did not miss any specials that Volkswagen is giving. In a time when many people are disgruntled due to economy, Kerry does a great job and attitude which keeps us coming back. We live a great distance from this location, but come back because of your staff, especially Kerry.

I purcased a 2009VW Routon from Jennings VW & since the purchase I have been in the serv dept numerous times. My slidding doors freeze shut so I have my 3 kids exit from the trunk. My front windows jam & I had to replace my rear brakes at only under 15,000miles. When my van would go into serv for these defects, Jennings would not give me loaner but expect me to pay for a rental. I bought a new vehicle so I would not spend time in the serv however when you purchase a lemon that's what happens. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASING A NEW OR USED VEHICLE FROM JENNINGS VW IN GLENVIEW. THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT MY CHILDRENS SAFETY!
