Every time I have come here, which is quite often for routine maintenance on my 2010 Pontiac G6 I always have an aggravating experience. Most recently, I had an APPOINTMENT for 8:50 am. I didn't leave until noon only for them to tell me they needed to order me a new radio after I had to practically do the technicians job in showing him what was wrong with my auxiliary input jack. They told me it should be a few days until the radio came in & would call when it arrived. After 10 days of hearing no word I called. The person who answered the phone had a very unpleasant tone in the way she was speaking & after she yelled across to another guy tells me it had been in for a few days. I should NOT have to track down where the new stereo was when I was assured THEY would call ME. As I'm sitting here, again, had an APPOINTMENT at 1:20, now almost 2:30, my car still has not been taken in to the garage to be worked on. I would be understanding if I came in without an appointment & it was on a first come first serve basis, but that's why I schedule an appointment, so I can plan the rest of my days around it. It's as though customer service & satisfaction is not in this establishment's vocabulary. This was my

final straw with them. Going elsewhere.

Bought an 08 jeep wrangler for my wife 1.5 months dashboard warning lights come on and it only starts with the remote start that was in it. Been told it's an aftermarket problem they can't help me. Why did I buy a warranty. Salesmen where nice and the price was great guess I know why
