I did have an incident quite some time ago but it was taken care of the very next morning and the owner could not apologize enough...one bad experience does not make the whole business bad....and I was compensated more than once.
Went for the first time today since my family and I are new to town. The place was very busy, all of the staff was friendly and my husband and I thought that the prices were very affordable! We found our new place.
This place sucks... After the assistant manager ruined my hair. I spoke to the owner, she assured me they could fix it. After a bunch of hassle, they decided they didn't want to chance it.. They returned my money, but left my hair looking like ctap. Nobody will touch my hair ad they say she damaged it so badly.Thanks Fantastic Sams
I was an employee very briefly at this shop. It is all about money not about great techniques nor service. I have witnessed that a manager as well as certain stylists not following manufacturer's instructions on chemical services. As well as the same manager cutting like Edward Scissorhands. Quicker is only better in fast food not in performs g a service on a paying guest. I tried talking with the owner about this as well as other illegal actions in her shop. She attacked me verbally over this. She also fired me because I needed to call on one day for my family was homeless in a motel paying out of pocket. And yes two weeks before Christmas.
