The owner of the store was a horrible person. Doesn't know any manners of speaking to his customers . There products are not the best quality. I had bought I phone chargers form this store and they broke down on me within the first week. I went to go get my money back he was so rude and he told me to leave his store because he was not goong to exchange or give my money back. I don't in courage anyone to go to this store for any phones or accessories because they are not the best quality and that you won't get the service you deserve as a customer. I am very dissappointed.
I went to this store to purchase a lyca mobile SIM for international calls, but he didn't have it and the owner mentioned that they have discontinued the service, however there name was still on the official lycamobile website.

Sprint is the best carrier
Are you kidding me? The guy who works at this location doesn’t care about customers and doesn’t listen to them. The worst service ever I got from sprint! Called customer service talked to 5 reps and all said totally opposite of what he said.. Even customer service themselves asked me to put him on the phone with them.. Sir you don’t need to save money for customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For god damn sake listen to them and get some education about the company and job you are holding! Seriously if sprint was based on this store and this employee I bet no one would buy service from sprint!... I should not even put any Star!
the WORST T-Mobile store there is! This is coming from a 10 year 5 line customer. This is not Kiosk, it is a actually authorized T-Mobile store. I had to cancel all 5 lines b/c the manager Jesus could not bill me $129 for a down payment on the down graded phone. It is not that he's store could not authorize the $129 but the way he handled it. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNETHICAL. He told me to walk to another branch and I have 2 minuntes to finish my call with Tmobile customer service. UNBELIEVABLE
