Came here with a whole bunch of people and ordered food family style to share. We pet much had everything on the menu and I looked the eggplant appetizer (it was like a eggplant mash with some seasoning and topped with fried onions I believe) and the kebobs the best. The chicken was pretty good but the chicken wings were tiny so I would avoid that. The restaurant is pretty much open air and you are eating either under an umbrella or under the awning. Overall good experience.
Definitely try the steak kebab - they use tender, well marinated filet mignon that is cooked to juicy pink perfection. I ordered the one with both the filet and ground beef - lot of food and while good, the ground beef paled in comparison to the filet. The hummus was a good app too. Service is friendly and Raffi offers a family atmosphere. A little on the pricey side for dinner (~$21 for my kebab) but I'd go back.
Not a bad place to go to if all you're doing is grabbing a bite to eat after golf, a pickup game, insert your sporting activity here, etc. E'body knows what to expect and I've never heard of anybody being totally blown away by anything in particular... unless it's REAAALLLY bad... and in that case, you're blowing chunks... haha! Srsly tho, stick to burgers, sandwiches, fries and you'll be alright!
All the waitresses were very friendly and the food was good too. I thought they were smart that they had a survey at the table where you can scan QR code on your iPhone and submit. Nobody likes to take their times to go online at home to submit survey but if it's something easy to submit a survey while you're dining at the restaurants, I think many people would do that.
First of all, this place is not closed. With that out of the way, its one of the few cozy Russian restaurants where I live. The food is ok. However the main course I had was too salty and greasy and gave me stomach pains. But the appetizers and bread were ok. If the main course would have been salted a bit less a would have changed my review. Probably not coming back.
This is a singular place for Georgian cuisine in town. The REAL one. They speak Georgian, they of course cook Georgian. If you know any Georgian dish you would need to try, just ask there. If you remember back there what is your Georgian grandma was cooking, come over here and they will take you back to Georgian gream.
Love sitting on their outdoor patio area and enjoying delicious koobideh kebab along with some cherry rice. Lots of families and groups. We usually order a pitcher of ice cold tahn - a refreshing yogurt drink.
Great Service.Good Food, Even Vegetarian Friendly!Update- Not so great place for Vegetarian. They replaced their good veggie burger with one designed to taste more like meat. Yuck.
Portions are enormous and they give you the best middle eastern food EVER! I have visited many places and no place beats Raffi's. They offer the freshest foods with fast service.5/5
