Scott Groves and his team are great to work with. They move quickly and help make the process of getting a home loan or refinancing so painless!
Very happy/pleased with Susan(Mammoth Mortgage Network). Susan assisted me and my family in the purchase of our first home. She spent numerous hours driving from house to house with us. Her support and knowledge helped us to find a property that is just right for our family and our financial situation. Mammoth-Susan is the way to go.
There was a mistake in the charges and they took care of them with outmost care. They went above what we have agreed on to satisfy and provide a great customer service! Not to mention the great loan package that they offered! Thank you
Yes, be TOTALLY aware that this dental office is horrible. I asked for a quote and "naturally" they quoted at a lower cost by mouth only. You'll know who I am talking about since she is the only one giving the quotes there. That whole thing about seeing her write down your quote on official paper is just a trick. She would have you believe that the quoted cost is reasonable but when you ask for the copy to bring home...forget it. I originally (etiquettely/kindly) accepted the-then-quote. Signed their contract which didn't show proof of what they will do and went with that. Bad idea. Watch out! While working on the said tooth that needed working on, they stated I needed a filling (#1) that didn't show up in the x-ray. During that time they were working on filling #1, this Dr. there said I needed another one (filling #2) also that didn't show up in the x-ray. Well, I had wrote down to them my reason for going in was to have that tooth (filling #2) fix since I was having pain there, but that the lady who gave the quote said it wasn't on the x-ray but another tooth needed work on: a root canal $$$$ and a new cap on the tooth $$$ - both to be done on the same tooth. The same tooth worked on last year from another dental group Dr. (he moved to another city) that charged me $550 and they said it will cost me $520 again because they said it was on the x-ray and needed work on. I had figured out - by myself - the reason why this tooth is sensitive is because the tooth has a gap and food gets in on the side and under the cap. I told the dentist there that it was still sensitive after 6 months and she and he (yes, two doctors there) said the sensitivity will go away about a year and a half or so. Yeahhhhhhh, right. It's been two (2) years and guess what? Food still gets around this tooth and it is still sensitive. I'm going to another dentist. I feel they trick me too many times. And any person you happen to speak to WILL laugh at you when you ask them it doesn't seem right. With this place, save yourself. Run! Cost for billing around thousands. And I have to agree with another reviewer that said they will tell you your insurance won't pay for the procedure, but they do. They want you to think that the insurance won't pay for it, so that you would have to pay them by cash or credit for immediate payment to them. That way...this dental office avoids waiting for your insurance company to pay them at a lower agreed/legit price. The "tsk, tsk", looking at you sadly and saying your insurance company won't pay for it is baloney! And that initial quote was way lower than what my bill showed. That commercial shows a caring dentist (you know the one) but in reality he doesn't care about your needs but instead wants to see how much money he can get out of you. Forget about the other dentists in this same office. They are all in on it. Don't be surprise when you make an appointment and ask for this dentist to be assigned to another dentist instead. Another baloney. You will never be greeted upon entering this office. Usual wait time is 30 mins.-1.5 hours in their little office area that you had an appointment with in the first place. Imagine them working on your teeth and you get worried about adding coins to the parking meter.Looking back, I didn't need a root canal, another crown and an additional filling. I just needed that tooth to be molded correctly onto my gums for food not to go on the side and under that same tooth and just that ONE filling that I had mentioned to them needed to be fix, but that the quote lady said it didn't show in the x-ray. Instead I had another troubled tooth they need to work on and telling me during close to the end of that procedure that I needed other teeth to be worked on (yeah...the one I came in for in the first place, but was told it wasn't on the x-ray and therefore I didn't need it to be done). Yes, this place was a rip off to me.Save yourself the trouble and find a better dentist(s).
