Came here looking for a hybrid. They showed me a couple of hybrids they had in stock, then offered me to take a look at a BMW i3. I have not even considered looking for an electric car because I thought they would be out of my price range. Well the I was not. Took it for a test drive and fell in love. After the test drive we came back to do the paperwork and in less than an hour I was a proud owner of a BMW. I could not have been happier with their service and my car.
Me and my husband were shopping for a replacement for our 2001 Mercedes S-Class. Found this dealership on cars.com when searching for a 2013 BMW 7-Series. Called them and set up an appointment with Robert. Him and his colleagues took good care of us and got us the deal we wanted which was easy since we both have good credit. We had the car for a month now and we both are looking for a reason to drive it. The car is amazing so are the guys and gals at Car City.
If you're a woman expect to be mansplained and....not allowed behind the wheel FOR THE TEST DRIVE. I have one mission, to filet Car City in every online review possible.

Terrible experience as soon as I enter the service department No one took the time to say please wait will be right with you instead everyone looked at me and was ignore. Finally someone shows up to assist me and gave a very expensive quote for just checking the issue. Are you serious $200 for just checking Very upset will take business somewhere else
I have bought two cars here and used this business for serving both of them. The service team is high quality and I have always had a good experience with them. The sellers I worked with were both really helpful. The finance team both times tried to pressure-sell me into things I didn't need, but that seems to be norm unfortunately at all dealerships these days. I just stood my ground and finally closed the paperwork. Other than that though, I have had a solid experience with everything there that I have interacted with.
I had a Civic hybrid that I took here a few times for some problems. It turns out that there was a design flaw in the original car that caused the hybrid battery to wear out prematurely. Diamond Honda diagnosed the problem and were able to replace the battery for free.
I took my car here for a regular service, and was sorely disappointed. It was a basic service (oil change, tire rotation, basic inspection) and they managed to mess up 3 things. Given that they messed up the 3 things I could visually inspect in a regular service I had to wonder if they even did any part of the service. Now that the maintenance included with the purchase of the car is over, I won't be going back.
A terrible place to buy a car. They deceived us about our trade-in and were entirely unprofessional. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and would stay away from this dealership at all costs.Perhaps I should have know something was amiss when I asked to test drive a car, and the salesman had me pick up his manager's lunch- I kid you not.Plain and simple- these people should not be in business.
