I had unusually complicated taxes due to having done some work as a contractor, and needing to set up a tax payment plan and some other stuff. They handled the entire thing without much in the way of hassle for me, for a flat rate. For what it's worth the accountant I dealt with was also pretty personable, and seemed like someone I'd probably get along with had I met him outside of a work setting.
