I was looking for help to file my citizenship application and a friend of mine suggested Atlas. i had my citizenship papers completed and filed by Atlas. Three weeks ago I became a naturalized citizen of the United States and just today I received my US passport. People at Atlas were great to work with and knowledgeable. Thank you Ted

Should have written this review sooner.Ted is extremely knowledgeable,trustworthy and has a natural way of reassuring his clients.He assisted me in my initial visas,my green card and also my citizenship. I have the utmost respect and admiration for his business practice. Some of my paperwork was misplaced by the fedex right before my green card interview.He reassured me and calmed my nerves before the interview.I had some issues with my taxes when I filed for my immigration.Ted took the time to draft a great letter and the matter was resolved immediately. He is definitely the best immigration attorneys out there.

Now a days, seldom I find places that are down to earth and great people. Atlas is one of these places. I found them through Google to renew my wife's green card and we we there on Saturday. No appointment was necessary and in a matter of 30 minutes, they took care of everything including taking the pictures and completing the application. a week later they notified us of fingerprinting appointment for my wife. Their service fee was reasonable and competitive as well. A pleasure to work with them. My wife is planning to use Atlas for her citizenship process soon.

One of the places that I would feel 100% comfortable to refer to my friends. Just used these guys for my son's passport. At the airport, we realized my son's passport was expired. Our family had to leave and I stayed behind with my son to get him a new passport. I called several places on Saturday. Atlas was the only one with logical answer to my questions and concerns, and a very reasonable price. The people working there are rather pleasant and informed. Long story short, on Saturday we went to Atlas and took care of the paperwork. On Monday before 4:00 p.m. we had my son's new passport ready so that we could catch a red eye flight at 11:00 pm to meet up with the rest of the family. Great service, good people, reasonable prices. Thank you guys!

I truly enjoyed my experience here. Service was quick, and easy. They even got me my passport a day earlier than agreed upon with NO extra fee. I will most definitely be coming back.

Seldom, I come across decent businesses and good people in Los Angeles. But, you were all I did not expect. You helped my class and myself with our China tour visas. Thanks guys. You are the best. Initially, I went to a mailbox place who was advertising for everything except the oil change. But, soon I realized these mailbox places are just the middle man where they take your paperwork and forward it to other companies, for a profit/commission. Honestly, I could not trust my documents to such a place. Then, I came across your company name and realized you have been in business for over 18 years. I went to Atlas in Glendale, completed the application there, took my picture, and printed my itinerary on the public laptop there. Today, I went back a picked up my visa. Such a hassle free process. I just got back from trip to Brazil. Sorina at Atlas Passport and Visa Service in Glendale helped me with my Brazil visa. I had met a friend over the internet and wanted to see her in person in Brazil. All this came up rather quickly and when I went to Brazil consulate they said it would take like 30 days to get a visa. Fantastic service. Knowledgeable staff. helped my with both rush passport and a rush Brazil visa. My No. 1 choice for passports and visas. I could talk to a live person and have my calls returned right away, for a change. Most others I called before going to Atlas, were on the cell phone businesses offering a host of other services (like a supermarket). Atlas does exclusively passports and visas. They are good. Just want to thank you Atlas for all the help they gave me. As director of imports, I travel frequently to Asia and need visas for China all time. Sorina, at Atlas is a Passport and Visa Specialist with extensive knowledge in this field. I am in regular contacts with Sorina and she is like my personal travel advisor. I normally do not have time to write reviews. but, I decided to write one for Atlas because I was very impressed with their level of professionalism and dedication. I was told by my agent to get ready for a shoot in Canada right away. when I checked my passport, I realized it was expired. Atlas saved me time and headache by processing the passport in one day. My experience at their office was beyond expectation, too. These are nice people, with 20 years of experience in this field. During my search for the right company, I discovered there are other companies that pretend to be registered by Passport Agency for passport processing. But, they are merely mailbox places that subcontract with the registered companies like Atlas. So, I decided to go to the source. I highly recommend Atlas for all passport and visa work.
