Allstate Insurance: A. Andrew Churukian

Unethical and unprofessional business with no loyalty to a five year customer. I recently upgraded the insurance on both of my vehicles to comprehensive and collision and paid the increased premium as quoted to me by Michael Churukian for four months. When my 2003 Hyundai was involved in a serious accident I learned from Allstate that although Michael had initiated the coverage process for both vehicles, he had only completed the process for the older of my two cars, a 1996 Volvo, leaving me to pay out of pocket in the area of $4000 thus far for this accident. Michael denied any memory at all of my coverage increase, although he had strongly advised me against it due to the age of my vehicles. Additionally, when I removed the totaled car from my policy my premium suddenly increased by around $700 with no explanation. Someone had removed any discounts I had and tampered with my policy.
