Love the MAC products. This is a stand alone store which means you can sign up for their additional deals and notifications via email. Make-up testers are all easily accessible. Reps there are fantastic and do a great job of wearing the make-up they are selling and are well versed on all their products. The store has more options than what you get at the department store bay MAC.
Love their monthly specials. Easy in and out with plenty of parking. Great results. Like the machines they use.
It's easy to make appointments and the staff is great. Their hair removal laser is quick and painless, plus you can always get great deals on Groupon.
This mac is busy and 2x they didn't have what I wanted so I got it at Macy's. Salespeople are busy.
Love coming hear! The customer service is always friendly. In addition, the Galleria is a great place to get some good shopping done.
Let me start by saying that I have been seeing Dr. Lantry for years for botox. She has always done a pretty good job in the past, and up until 5 weeks ago I trusted her without question... On July 8th I booked in for "a little botox around my crow's feet", I had a date that weekend and thought I'd freshen up. Keep in my mind my face looked good at the time I really didn't need much. I'm extremely healthy and take very good care of my skin. When Dr. Lantry came in to perform the injections I told her to do "as little as possible, just the crow's feet". Because I'd been seeing her for years i trusted her. Huge mistake. Dr Lantry took it upon herself to inject each eye with 10 improperly placed units. She injected me under my eyes in the lower eyelid area - without so much as mention... She did it without being asked to do so, or without asking me if that is what I wanted. If you know anything about botox, you know that injecting under the eyes isn't widely accepted as a good idea. What can (and did happen to me) is an incredibly ugly and painful result. What happens when you freeze the muscles under the eye are 2 things; First the muscles that pump blood and fluid out of the area stop working so you end up with blood and fluid accumulation under the eyes (in other words huge bluish bags). The second is that the weakened lax muscles surrounding the eye sag, which creates more wrinkles (wrinkles I never had before) and crepiness. Nightmare. What I also experienced was the inability to squint AT ALL, which led to massive light sensitivity and headaches. The fluid retention around my eyes has been so bad that I have had to put my life on hold. I have looked and felt so horrible for the last 5 weeks that I've basically gone into hiding. I didn't leave the house for the first 4 weeks when it was at it's worst. I've been getting lymphatic drainage accupuncture which has helped with swelling ($120 a week) and have basically spent every evening soaking in a hot bath with warm compresses on my eyes to help with circulation in the area, since the muscles are still frozen.Dr Lantry's response to my distress has been patronizing and breezy.. "Sorry this is so difficult for you, it's not permanent" (as if being disfigured for months because of her careless mistake is no big deal). I have been offered no compensation other than being refunded the $200 for the botched injections. It's been 51/2 weeks and I still look really bad in addition to the uncomfortable heavy eye fatigue... Total botox horror story! I will never again let anyone other than a board certified facial plastic surgeon touch my face. This has not been a case of unusual "side effects" this was simply too much botox injected into to the wrong area.. I now have to live with her poor judgment on my face indefinitely -- hopefully only another 2-8 weeks. Hands down one of the worst things I've ever experienced.Delete review
Service is alright .
Very busy location with lots of traffic. They carry perfume here too.
Great busy store. It s hard to find a rep to help you cause they r always so busy.
Beautiful looking storeI usually don’t like to stop when someone offers me a free sample because of the boring sales pitch that follows, but that luxurious looking Orogold store made me stop and take notice. I took the free sample and was waiting for a pitch, when all the lady did was invite me into the store. I was delighted. No sales pitch. Yey! As I entered the store, a distinguished looking lady greeted me (I later realized that she was their in-house skin specialist). She spoke to me for a couple of minutes and told me about all my skin care problems. I was really impressed because I actually had all those problems. She then suggested a few products based on my budgets and got their technicians to give me a free product demonstration of each product that she had recommended. I found all of them to be really amazing and I could see my skin begin to glow with just the first use. Unfortunately due to budget constraints, I must only make do with a couple of products at the moment. Hopefully, I shall be able to add more Orogold products into my skin care routine in the future.
