This is not a legitimate company. It is actually one man pretending to be multiple different employees and actually uses different names in a phone call. If that isn't already a red flag, then you should know that all of their products labeled "new" can/most likely be used or even defective. I was sent a used MacBook unibody when it as labeled new as i saw scratches on the metal and leftover residue. When I called to complain, they said I changed the story and hung up on me. after this experience, I can honestly say: Honesty is the only used off-brand product they DONT have in stock. They are the literal scum of the internet in the tech repair world.

I ordered a used video card for a 2009 iMac from Macpalace.com and it arrived quickly and in good shape at a competitive price. I would definitely order from them again.
Good product delivered quickly. Had a question on the order and called and was able to get it answered. Product worked perfect.
HORRIBLE customer service! If I could rate zero I would. I purchased a magsafe I/O board, which I later found out didn't work. Called and spoke to someone who told me to call back and speak to his manager (Josh) to ask for either a refund or an exchange. THIS WAS HIS SUGGESTION, which means a REFUND was an option. I called back, and Josh told me to drive 45 mins from where I live to exchange it. I told him I'd rather a refund because I don't want to keep driving 45mins each way not knowing if the exchange is going to work. He refused offering a refund (even though his employee told me earlier this was an option), and says "if you don't want it then you can just resell it, but its not my problem that it doesn't work". So I then asked why if "no refunds/final sale" is the return policy, why didn't his employee explain this before I made the purchase and why aren't there any signs inside of the office that also state this. His reply: "Why didn't you ask?" EXCUSE ME?! Shifty business here!
Bait & Switch: Not only the wrong graphics card picture, but they sent a completely incompatible, non-Apple graphics card. Report them to the Better Business Bureau so the Fed can shut them down over false advertisement, bait-and-switch, & libel.
Bait & switch after failing to ship two weeks after order was placedThese people failed to fill my order. E-mailed us after two weeks of waiting telling us that they had changed the part price and we had to pay more if we wanted it. DO NOT DO COMMERCE with these people.

I had used their product called Grapple for collaborative task management to eliminate the internal emails hassle, to make task tracking and project management easier. This is a small group of intelligent people who produced awesome product!!
