Unprofessional SoB. Never-ever returns phone calls, or emails. I wonder how he gets the REOs from the banks. Maybe he is giving kickbacks to them, or the banks are blind and do not see how unprofessional their listing agent works. There should be a way to alert the banks and even DRE regarding this person, who does not deserve to have a real estate license.
