If you are looking for weight loss option, going to a gym is one of the safest ways to achieve your goal. This is a place I can recommend.
I have an Active membership, but they were nice enough to let me use the gym once as a courtesy. It's pretty nice, has a pool, too. Their weight room is upstairs and they have a really nice Cross-Fit training area there.
This is a great women only gym. Spa facilities (hot tub, sauna and steam room) are included in your membership. The group fitness classes are awesome but they can get crowded so make sure you sign up at the front desk. First come first serve especially the spin class. There is always someone sweeping, wiping down and disinfecting something every time I'm there.
Oh 24 hour fitness... We had an on/off situation for years. This location is ok. Busy after 5. Classes tend to be packed. Parking in back but you'll need change.
It's OK but I'm not in love with it. It's ina nice corporate campus but I'm not a fan of taking a ticket and getting it validated each time. The equipment is good. It's not too crowded. The lockers are great...no pad locks needed. I love the khiels products everywhere. What I don't like is how the weight room is set up. It's a weird lay out. I don't like that there is a way to "reserve" ahead of time certain equipment.
Spa services and a gym all in one! I love the fact that I can get a facial and/or massage before heading home for the day. The spa is very nice, quiet, and relaxing. In addition, the gym has all of the latest equipment and classes.
Today i just finished my 2nd classes, it is really interesting and effective. one tip for the beginner, you really need to have good meal before going there, otherwise you have hypoglycemia.
Seems like a okay business to me.
This is a great gym .they offer great classes through out the day, so you can take them anytime. Their spa is nice but small. The place is very clean and provides cosmetic services too.
Close to office, very convenient.
