POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE , THE GUYS WORKING IN THERE DO NOT HELP THEY JUST BLAME THE SERVICE PROVIDERS!
This company blows now. They have sub-contracted away any responsibility for anything other than selling their products. If you don't work for sprint, good luck navigating through their 1800 numbers which all lead back to a level 1 tech support person that legitimately doesn't have jurisdiction to help.I've been promised for the past 5 days that I will get help replacing my phone which malfunctioned and the more I get help from their baked employees the more they mess up things on my account which ultimately lead to more people being unable to do anything.And when I can actually make it to a sprint storefront which is very difficult for me because of epilepsy all they want to do is sell me more products or "allow" me to use one of their display phones to troubleshoot my issue myself. I've been paying to use an IP telephone to troubleshoot my issues on a laptop I am borrowing because my device is broke for 5 days and still nothing.You guys sold out.
This is the worst place to live. Management is bad they charhe extra for everything. Kids can not play without management charging a fee. Things are always being stolen around the park.
