I love the pizza and wings. Has been great service when I go there.
We ordered 24 hot wings and large meat lovers pizza.The best we've had in ten years! the crust was perfectly done.tasty and chewy crust. Wings and Pizza were oven hot and delicious. Lots of toppings and cheese. we live very close and they will be seeing a lot of us! AAA++++ Thank you!
The owner/ manager Romeo got my order wrong the pizza and wings was dry and refused to replace or refund my money he was very rude after I spent over $50.00 I will not recommend this place to no one!!
I have had better pizza from other pizza shops in Phoenix. This is a mediocre pizza shop.Good points: Fast delivery and good appetizersBad point: Delivery driver seemed upset when I couldn't afford a tip.
I placed an order for delivery one hour and a half ago and I'm still waiting. .. I tried calling over 5 times to get an ETA on my order but I kept getting a busy tone. Haven't tried the food yet but already not impressed

I am a loyal die hard angie and jimmy's person. So you could only imagine after 20 years they put one less than 2 miles from me. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and 2 sandwiches. First the pizza was as thin as a tortilla and not very much sauce on it. Then we get to the sandwiches and they put wilted nasty lettuce on the sandwich. I have eaten at A&J probably over 100 times and this is the worst pizza I have ever gotten from them. If this is the new standard for this location they are in deep trouble. Like I said I am a huge supporter of Angie and Jimmie's but the people I had over and myself agree this was horrible pizza. HOPE YOU LISTEN otherwise you won't be open long.
If I could give this place a NEGATIVE 5 star review, I would! It's been about 3 months since our last experience so we decided to give this place another chance since we had once enjoyed it so much PLUS our options are limited in our area. We ordered off their on-line menu assuming everything was accurate and if it wasn't they would contact us to explain as all good customer service driven companies do. When the order arrived it was wrong...AGAIN!!! My husband calls them and politely explains we just want it corrected. Not asking for money back or any unreasonable request beyond good customer service and to do what is right. The gal that answered (Rosie Wilson) argues with my husband the entire time telling him he is wrong and there is nothing they can or are willing to do to make it right. REALLY!? What the hell kind of business are your running!? I work as an Operations Manager and implement our customer service policies and procedures. I can tell you first hand the way this situation was handled was completely inappropriate! If someone in my company treated customers with half the disrespect we received, not only would I make it right with the customer but that employee would be fired on the spot! We didn't want anything for free (would have gladly returned the wrong pizza), we didn't ask for anything unreasonable (just want what we ordered and paid $40 for), and instead what we got was incredibly RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL treatment. I am all about second and sometimes even third chances but there is no way in hell I will EVER spend a dime at this place again and you damn sure better believe I will spread the news!!! Hey Farmhouse, if you knew ANYTHING at all about customer service you would know that if you are lucky a happy customer will share their experience with one or two people, but an UNHAPPY customer will share their experience with 10+ (usually anyone that will listen). In other words, not only did you lose our business but you have successfully lost at minimum 10 other customers on top of that. Kudos to you for digging your hole deeper...it will only be a matter of time until your doors close if you keep operating this way!
I ordered online for pick-up using their website and not only was the wait time inaccurate but the order was incorrect and the customers service was so so poor. Customer Service When I placed the order online requesting pick-up I ordered the Broaster Chicken (4 piece) and I asked for dark meat only the Family appetizer sampler with ranch dressing. When I confirmed the order I received an email however it does not tell you the projected wait time and had a number at the bottom to call if i had questions( kind of defeats the purpose of online ordering to me). I called and the lady who answered verified the name on my order and stated it would be about 20-25 minutes so I waited 20 and then headed over since it was about 5 minutes away. I entered the very small 2 table restaurant and waited while a family w children was eating ,I promise no exaggeration, at least 5 minutes before one of the women from the table stood , approached me and asked me if I needed help. I told them I was there to pick-up to which the women went to the back. The a man came out and said "you here for pick-up? What did you order cause I don't see names here?" After me reading what I order to him he said it was not ready and would be another 5 minutes for the chicken. That 5 minutes turned to 10 minutes and while I was waiting the women came in to ask me to pay. After paying and taking the order home I opened the box to find 2 Breasts and 2 drumsticks, so I called immediately. I explained that I received white meat instead of dark and she said "hold on" and put me on hold for 5 minutes because I was still on hold pulling into their parking lot again. She came back on to ask if I wanted a credit or from the to remake, to which I replied neither and I would prefer to return and get a refund. I tried to explain to the young lady working the counter what this experience was like and she never apologized and just began to walk to the back after giving me the refund. The FoodI cannot give you my honest opinion of the food because I returned it for a refund without touching it. I can say however the sampler basked looked like it was all covered in the same batter and was a little dark. The chicken was hot and looked crispy cause I could feel in through the box but I don't see how it couldn't since that's what I was apparently waiting for.Final ThoughtsBased on the reviews and my personal experience I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemies. I left with a bad taste in my mouth and never even tasted the food.
