        Very poor customer service

        They talked us into an extended warranty, then when we had a problem they did not help us, they ignored us and refused to return our calls.

        Our salesman was well organized and knowledgeable. The prices were exceptional and the quality outstanding. Also got same-day delivery, on a SUNDAY! Great experience all-around.
