Everytime i come here i always feel welcome and i get seen fast, and my experience is always great. I love coming here and i would tell anyone that is trying to get braces to come here !

I recently had my braces removed and my results were beyond amazing. Throughout my visits they took really good care of me and all the workers were really nice.

Front office staff rude and non professional. Attempted to charge me an additional 2,000 after being told bill was paid in full. Original estimate was totally false and misleading. Final bill was three pages with whiteout on it and final amount scribbled in pen.

I had seven teeth pulled and procedure can only be described as scary and painful.

Furthermore, I obtained infection from procedure that cost me a week worth of work. Antibiotic prescribed for infection had another patient's information unable to fill. Prescribed Tylenol 3 for severe pain leaving me unable to sleep. Also, parts of teeth left in falling out over a months time. Temporay denture is both useless and painful.

New Image Orthodontics have been amazing since day one! They have always been very helpful and very friendly. I just love walking into the office every time, they are very welcoming! Great group of people!

I was referred over by my dentist office which is in the same area. I came in today for a consultation and I must say I am pleased. Everyone is so friendly and fun and seem to handle my humor and laughter just fine. I told them I can be a handful and they were like bring it. LOL!! I will be getting braces put on Thursday and can't wait to see the results when finished. :)
