        I came in because my lens fell out of place and so they can fix. The lady rudely told me that she couldnt do it now because there was 10 mins and it takes her 30 min. There was actually 20, and i told her and she told me that she has to finish her work first. I said well arent clients priority she said well im filing patients. Basically she put me off. But shes trying to fix it now. Lets see how it goes but that got me really upset because it is seriously not my fault shes backed on work. And second i have insurance an everything so i dont see how this doesnt make me a client.

        OUR FAMILY WAITED 3 HOURS!!!

        We are mad!!! Our family waited 3 hours....from our appointment time!

        The waiting room was 6 ft x 6 ft and it crammed a dozen people into it!! After the eye exam we waited another hour for someone to tell us that one pair of glasses cost $357.00...VERY EXPENSIVE!! WE CANCELLED OUR ORDER...WE WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN!! PASS THIS ON!!
