Worst experience I have had in the medical field. I brought my toddler into this location because of abdominal pain and redness. Now, not only am I in a new city away from everyone I know.but also a new state with new insurance (Cigna BTW) literally the worst bedside manner of a doctor ever. I went into the office thinking maybe she fell. But stated I was not sure as it is hard to get a 2 year old to show you let alone tell you whAt happened and the redness started out mild and was now really red.. Immediately at the mention of a possible spill I was given nasty expressions and questioned very authoritatively (as if I was the one who hurt her) when I would respond to questions I was treated as if my answers were not believable. I have 3 children and I have never EVER been made to feel this way when I brought my children to be seen by a healthcare provider. The last thing you should ever do to a concerned mother is treat her like she has done something wrong. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! To top it off my daughter was given a shot and started vomiting (when before she had none of these symptoms) this morning STILL had a hard time keeping stuff down and has been miserable when at least she was active and happy when I came to your offices. I have tried to call the office all day and you cannot get a person. You should be ashamed as Doctors. Chances are with your serious flaws in character judgment you are missing the cases where children are actually being hurt. I WILL never trust your offices with my family again. I will also be sure to spread the word. Fast, efficient but beyond frightening when it comes to their lack of care and empathy. My problem was mainly with Doctor on duty. It is a sad day in the medical field when GOOGLE can give me better answers then your Doctors.
