Great! Came right away, even though it was after 6. Told me all my options. Got the job done right.
We called at 8:45 on Saturday morning -- Heath was here by 10:30. He had our system up and running by noon. We were very happy and plan on calling Arctic Fox again in the future for regular maintenance and emergencies.
We have two units on our house and one decided to take a break on Thursday evening. We waited until 1:30 P.M. on Friday to call and make the appointment because we figured it wouldn't be until at least Tuesday (if we were lucky) before they could make it out. Heath was here by 4:20 P.M.! WOW! He fixed the unit, serviced both of them and we were up and running before the sun went down! The price was reasonable, the service was great and Heath was a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use their service when needed.
I recently had a repair done by this company and was pleased. The price was as quoted, the repair was done quickly, and the guy seemed like a straight shooter. As the other review submitted states, the guys name was Heath and I'd use him again.
My AC unit went out on one of the 100 degree days a couple weeks ago and I called Arcitc Fox. They were out here within the hour and got the unit working again promptly. It was actually the owner, Heath that did the work and didn't rake us over the coals on cost. I would TOTALLY use them again. Fast and cheap. Can't beat that.
The Yano's
This is a small air conditioning business owned and operated by the owner. This company performed a heat pump (a/c) eval for me prior to summer. This company is very responsive and timely, unlike many companies where you have to wait several days or more for service. The owner/service person was very knowledgeable and communicated very effectively. He answered all my questions more thoroughly and technically than I could fully understand, but I felt comfortable that he had a thorough technical understanding of the AC business. The price was very reasonable and they offer a multi year service agreement with reduced rate. I felt very comfortable with this service person and would not hesitate to have him provide service with only my wife home.
