        Husband took his Ford F-150 th...

        Husband took his Ford F-150 there because his knee accidentally hit the four-wheel drive button in his truck and it got stuck in a low gear, so it was grinding when driving. Took it to them and was told that his transmission was gone and a transmission would cost $1300. We decided to have it towed clear across town to our old mechanic named Albert at Car Tune Diagnostics and he checked it out and said it was his Transfer case, which cost us $320. So we were almost scammed out of $1000! Do not go to these people, they will misdiagnose your vehicle and then charge you a ridiculous price. After his truck was fixed, we took our receipt from Car Tune Diagnostics back to them and told them that they were full of bull-**** and just out to scam people. They claim that there code machines said it was the transmission.
