Thank you Angel, for the excellent customer service you provided to me. Your courtesy and the help you extended to me was far beyond what I would have expected to receive in a pawn shop. IC

Don't do business with these types of people.. You are definitely getting asked to be ripped off of your money by any means with these people. They are not upfront with what it is the service is .. I came in to purchase a part for my truck and they pulled off selling me a part pulled out of a scrap yard.. I made it clear with what I wanted and they did the opposite. There is no refunds with these people only exchange for other crap they have to offer so either way you are screwed. When they decided to change the part for me I noticed and realized an original part of my truck was taken out and replaced with the junk part which could have been left.. What I paid didn't hurt, But I rather expose the unprofessionalism and simply take your money elsewhere.
As the business owner's wife, we do not know who this Ann T. is.My husband has never taken advantage of anyone of his customers. Arrowhead HDTV are not con Artists and just like the liberal media, lying and making up stories. This Ann T. must be a liberal nut.
I gave it 1star because its a required field I took two objects I wanted to sell cuz I have no use for them @home and thean behind the counter says let's see Wat u have checks it out puts two pieces of candy and says we can't help you
Shut down. No longer at this location.
Such an awesome shop. The customer service is amazing.
The old dude who sadly appeared to manage the place is also the main reason no civil conduct of behavior or professional decorum is evident among any of the employees there(with the exception of Alan (sp?)). Do your job. It shouldn't take three weeks to order a simple damn phone battery. And I'll just take my own thanks from your absent product or ordering specialist for getting a battery on your shelves which since you were all so busy learning how more rudely you can engage customers than working on deficiencies in the store. This is not caveat emptor. It's grow up. And yeah, the blatant zero of forethought is awesome viewing the wall full of laptop batteries. New order of wasted product. Get more green devices.
called to see how much of a loan I could get on a digital camera. The person who answered the phone asked me how old the camera is. I replyed not sure. He then tells me well I'm not sure how much I could give you if anything, very rude
