Before a procedure, We asked for the cost of our out-of-pocket expense and they gave us a quote. Then they sent us a bill for five times as much. They said that the quote didn't include the doctor fee. That's like going to a restaurant and getting the price of a meal and then after you eat it, you get the check for five times as much because the menu price didn't include the cook fee. Don't go here unless you are prepared to get ripped off!

none of the above phone numbers are correct. when you are in pain , the last thing you wanna do is hunt for the correct numbers. lloks like i will be using a different premiere
