Ordered a resale package on the 26th of March. Went to find re-sale certificate 17th of April, 3 weeks after ordering and paying $360 for documents (was not there when I downloaded the documents, didn't realize it was missing until today). Website stated that the document was expired (after 3 weeks!!!). Called the office only to be told that it was not their job to teach me about real estate laws and some nonsense about the information was expired (what expires in less than 30 days????). Did not want to hear anything I had to say or answer any question I had, but I was rude. There was yelling back and forth, hung up after being threatened to be hung up on and ended up calling the 888# and had the issue resolved in less that a minute and a half.
I am the Board Pres of a small HOA that hired this management company to save money. Our old management convinced our former Board that they needed to pay crazy management fees for a property manager we didn't even have most of the time. We have three bills that our HOA pays and a very involved Board. G&S collects our dues and pays our bills. We run our community. If you are a small community that is paying for a manager that you don't need. Check this company out. We've been with them for over a year and are very happy.
no towels , the staff complain, the plus thing it is a pet friendly and they dont charge for the pet
Zero customer service. Total incompetence. The property is not being managed at all. I do not understand why we all pay our condo fees and where these money go, but the G&S Association Services does not deliver what they are being paid for.
