Worst customer service ever I have went 2 times and these guys are the most a holes u will ever meet you will find out when go I'd rather drive 15-30 more minutes just to shoot else where and I live like 5 mins away. Don't waste ur time and money and just go to On Target Inc. Severn Square Shopping Center, 2618 Annapolis Rd, Severn, MD 21144 great guys works there and their nice

Terrible Customer Service

I agree with the previous post, they do not care about your service at all. They have more ridiculous rules than anywhere I have ever been. The blonde dude who works there thinks he is better than you and wants to make sure that you know he is in charge. My most recent time in there (today) was the last straw. I walked in to join two other friends who each already were on their own lanes. And my buddy told them I was coming. I went in to go to the lane and told him about my buddy. He told that I couldn't go in. I rang them as a single and he can't change that. So I couldn't go in and he moved on to the next customer. I was annoyed and mumbled that this place has some ridiculous rules. His reply was "I was getting ready to help you out (which he wasn't) and you jump in my s**t!" So I turned to walk out and he yelled "I don't make the rules! And yeah you leave. We don't need a f***ing dirt bag like you here anyhow!"

So thanks to the blonde Dirty Harry they won't have me there. OnTarget is much better with faculties as well as customer service.

This place is a dump.

Before I start, I'd like to say that I am a veteran of the US military and an experienced shooter. I've been to Select Fire three times. You can't base an opinion off of one experience. I can honestly say that this is the worst gun range I have ever been to. As far as the facilities are concerned, they are adequate at best. If you want to rent a gun, good luck. Their equipment is in terrible condition. Even with those two strikes, I could deal with this place because it is fairly close to my house. What is the worst is the customer service. the people working at Select Fire are THE WORST HUMAN BEINGS ALIVE. I have fought the Taliban and the Serbians, and I can honestly say that the people at Select fire are more evil. These people do not care about you being there, they don't care if you get any service, and they don't like you in general and they make sure to let you know it. On my most recent visit I was asked to fill out their little info card asking you for your shooting experience and if you'd ever been convicted of a crime, etc... I put ALL for what I had experience shooting. The guy behind the counter, as rudely as possible asked me what that meant and when I told him he said that I needed to list what I had experience with. After listing everything he said that I didn't need to try to impress him, again as rudely as possible. I was handed a few targets and when I asked for targets that I wanted (any other place you go will let you pick your own) was told that they were out. I asked for another kind of target and they were out of them as well. Wehn I left that evening the other guy behind the counter said nothing to me other than how much it was (overpriced by the way), thew my license onto the counter, and then walked into the back. There is another review on here complaining about the service and I completely believe it. I have NEVER had good service here. On Target isn't that far away, go there instead of this dump. You'll have a much better experience, and you'll save a little money.

Stay Far Away!

This place is down right awful! I am an experienced shooter from Texas and was with a group of friends to go shooting this morning. When I first walked in, no ""hello"" or ""welcome"" but instead got ""do you have a cell phone?"". I said yes and was asked to leave it out in the car because ""it sets off our alarms"". Maybe before they lie like this they should understand that people like me who work closely with retail alarm systems might smell their B.S.? As they were checking in my friends, the attitude got to the point where it was very disrespectful. I ended up not even shooting because the customer service was so bad. Stay away from this place. Go to Continental Arms or On Target.
