***ATTENTION DO NOT GO HERE***I went into this establishment today to get nails and toes done for me and my mother. I noticed on their website they had a coupon for 50% off full sets,manicures, and pedicures. When I walked in I told the lady what I wanted and mentioned the coupon. She then said no problem and took me to the back to start the pedicures. Once the entire process was done she informed me it would be 160$. I said excuse me and mentioned the coupon again. She then told me that someone messed with their website and it wasn’t right and that she was not going to honor the coupon. I told her that I mentioned this to my nail tech before she even started she still refused to honor it. If it was a error it should have been stated before they began doing my nails. Also, it is terrible customer service to not honor a coupon that it CLEARLY noted on their website. I feel that this is honestly just a trick to get people in the door. Not to mention that my full set looks TERRIBLE. Nothing but acrylic trapped under my nails . I will not be going here again and I WILL be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Shady shady people here. Do not go here if you want to deal with honest and professional people!
I stopped here twice since I live close by. The first time a lady told me they only accept cash payments. Since I only had a card, I opted out. The 2nd time I went back, with cash, the place was empty & I was told they were too busy to take me. The place is always empty with a person or two sitting around doing nothing. There's something fishy going on there. Maybe it's a front for some other type of business. I think the authorities should investigate them.
This was my first time to Sunny's and I found good reviews of Timmy (the manager) and Lynn the nail technician. When I arrived, I was the only customer and Kelly Schultz took me back to do a full set of gel acrylics and a gel pedicure. After my full set was finished, Kelly took me to a pedicure tub in the back. The tub she led me to was filled with hairs, so after I mentioned it, she moved me. During the pedicure, Kelly was distracted and lazy. She haphazardly clipped my toenails while watching the television. When I asked her to correct the filing she did on my toes, instead of fixing it, she gets frustrated and ignores me. I ask once more before she tries to put polish on, and I inform her I didn't want to pay for an unfinished job that was less than satisfactory. She goes to the back and grabs Timmy the manager, who comes to inspect my nails and after seeing Kelly's shoddy work, he insists that Lynn comes to fix my nails. Everything is fine until Kelly says, "she just doesn't have any money". I'm really disappointed with their lack of customer service and professionalism by insulting the only customer in the salon, while I'm already willing to pay 75$ for my nails. Kelly and Tim proceed to scream and curse at me and continue to insinuate that I don't have any money. Timmy got incensed enough that with every word he screamed at me, he spat bits of food on my feet. I began tearing up, upset that they would bully me after admitting Kelly did her job terribly. After this, I still decided to stay and let Lynn finish my pedicure before paying. Lynn was polite and attentive. However when I asked for chrome powder on my nails, I saw that she applied it incorrectly, leaving my nails with more of a uneven silver top coat vs what I asked for. I still paid and tipped well. I felt othered and really wished it worked well because I'm going on a european trip and wanted to find a salon where I could be a regular.
Under new management. Still great quality service and very CLEAN. They are busy at times but have a couple more people to help so the wait is not that long. Definitely will keep going back!
I use to go to there salon by giant.And they were so friendly and tried to speak English which is good.I think it's very disrespectful to speak anything else here in America especially when running a business.So now after going to the other salon and seeing that they have moved.I wanted a pedicure today.Sunday 8/29/2015 and they are closed it said opened on Sunday but closed.Not happy :-)
Don't waste your money here! I was trying to find a decent nail salon and figured I would give this one a shot. The place was empty when I went in, which should have been a sign. Anyway, I asked for a fill in, which the lady did. My nails are now lumpy and uneven (each nail slopes downward). I paid for the gel over coat since it last longer,and my nails have already chipped nail polish on them, and it's only been two days. Find somewhere else to go!!!
Such a pleasant atmosphere. Nails are done in a timely manner. Jenny has so many designs, I love how many options she provides. If you want service that treats you with kindness and respect and is done very well this is the place to go to!

I was going to go one day and I saw Jimmy screaming at some people about where his car is parked. He is the "RENTER" and was very rude. I'm sorry I agree if you have customers and they can't park in the front of your store you should not either. I saw him yell at people because he wants to take the parking spot in front of his store. Everyone works that mall strip and has to park in a spot he thinks he is special. I didn't go in because of that. I went once before and wouldn't return because of the disrespect of the parking lot situation. No one that works there can park in front of their store with yellow curbs marked for emergency vehicles but him. It changed my opinion of them when I saw him act like that to the people. So I got in my car and left.
I have been going to Victory Nails for 15 years. Jimmy and Lily, the owners, are very welcoming and they know what they are doing. Very professional. Great atmosphere. Their girls, Carole and Julie do excellent nail art. If you want a relaxed time to be pampered, come and visit this great salon!
