I had my brand new vehicle tinted here . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE! After getting it tinted i got home & realized there was a scratch on my driver side window also a indent which was not there before i took it there as I said it is a brand new truck . The scratch on my window measures the exact size next to my mirror almost like they cut the tint on my window and the indent was caused by them closing the knife of my window . Immediately when i noticed this i called the shop he stated because it on the out side of the window there is no way they could have did it. The next day i called to speak to the owner he said the same if its on the outside there is no way we did it but he also stated to bring it up and he would look at it . I brought my truck up there and of course he stated there is no way they could have done that and also explained that they do "Computer cutting" but than a sentence latter he stated they use this glass to cut the tint on ? So first its all computer cut than they use a glass to lay the tint and cut it ? Needless to say the owner was disrespectful and rude. I know my truck window was damaged by them and I will never recommend them to any one !

Great place to get you windows tinted !
Made an appointment at 11 and was told it would take 2 hours. Came back at 230 and they hadn't even started. Do not go there.
This isn't the first car that I got tinted windows for one of my cars. When I went to pick up my car at Perfect Touch Auto, the tint job looked ok at first until I noticed the air bubbles on one of the windows, which they did fix. Then I noticed some liquid that had run down the side of the car, all over it. I asked what it was and they said it was soap, which they said is how it's done. Ok, no problem. Now how about you spray down my car to make it look as CLEAN as when I brought it in? The owner, Jerome Petty, said "No, this is how we do it." When I asked if he thought that this final product is "how they do it", that they give the customer back their car looking DIRTY with dried soap all over it AND all over my back window speaker (frikkin put something over the damn speakers so liquid won't get on them!!!), that they won't spray it down, Jerome told me that I was "being unreasonable". So I called BULLSH*T! I told him that I was going to take pictures and post on Yelp and on any of the many 'review' sites on the internet. Finally, seeing that I wasn't backing down to his ugly, non-friendly demeanor, one that tries to intimidate the customer, he had his partner spray down my car, half-assed mind you, and I went my way.If you want a tint job with air bubles, go here. If you want to deal with an owner, Jerome Petty, who makes you feel like he's doing YOU a favor, go here. If you want to get your car back with liquid soap all over it, go here. If you want a non-friendly, trying-to-intimidate-you attitude from a shop owner, go here. Otherwise, STAY AWAY!! There are lots of other, also reasonably-priced shops in the area who will tint your car for the same price!!
The worker failed to completely remove all tint, when asked to correctly remove the tint and glue, the worker became agitated and threatening. On 7 April, 2013, I arrived at the The Tint Man, Solar Tint Specialists at 7404 B&A Blvd, Glen Burnie Maryland, 21012, to have the tint removed from my vehicle. The worker gave me an approximately wait time of two hours to completely remove the tint from a four door Sedan. After 5 hours of work, he called, to inform me he completed the tint removal. Upon my arrival, there was still a significant amount of tint and glue remaining on the windshields. I waited another hour and a half, at which point, he stated he was going home and that I would have to pay to take the vehicle, despite the incomplete job. After informing the worker I would not pay for incomplete work, he held up the straight blade razor, he was previously working with, and stated "I don't know how they do things in Texas, but here in Maryland, you're gonna pay or lose your car". I locked myself in a vehicle and called the police, the police responded and observed that the worker was high, but did not place him under arrest. Because the shop completed some of the work, I had to either pay to retrieve my vehicle at which point I could file a lawsuit to reclaim the cost, or I would have to leave my vehicle until the owner of the property arrived on scened. I had the police officer, CPL H. file a note as a reference, and wait until I was able to pay the cost and leave the shop.
