i am so grateful for kb auto i was able to buy my very 1st car with no money down. Wayne, kaitlyn, Shawn and Eric went over and beyond to make sure my expectations were met. They even kept my children entertained through out the entire process. i would say 10 stars plus if i had to rate this place. im very happy and very grateful they were able to get me into a car.
It's a decent place with nice salespeople, low pressure, they don't follow you around asking you "what are you interested in" every 5 seconds. They do have some really nice cars; a lot of BMW's of every model, also. They tell you the price on the cars and don't ask you to fill out a credit report first. We didn't get anything there, but if I find a car I am looking for, I would def give them a try.

My son recently purchased a car thru KB Auto Emporium and an hour later had buyer's remorse. During the course of many phone conversations, the dealership said that they would look into it, but had no intention of solving the problem as they are standing on their policy of NO REMORSE, effectively stringing this out. Every manager I dealt with was unwilling to help in any way, at all. Apparently their customer service was taught at the school of hard knocks. It amazes me how quickly they changed from willing sales person to unwilling customer service representative. This is a function of being "unwilling" versus "unable" to address the problem. I tried to escalate the issue to the owner and was flat out refused, followed by a brisk hang-up (yes, hang-up). We were even willing to pay for inconvenience. I would not recommend doing business with these individuals. They are shysters and don't care about you, just that they unload a vehicle. Once they do, they become untouchable. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. Save yourself the trouble and do business with a reputable company. You will be better off in the long (and short) haul.
