Glen Baltimore, MD Car Wash

Went there over 5 years ago they did excellent work. Fast forward and 9 dollars more and the service sucks big time they half cleaned the inside of the car and didn't clean sticky soda that had dried on door. I was disappointed that I paid for shoddy service. The outside looks good thats why I gave 2 stars won't go there again. They've gone from excellent to crappy.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!I had a 1999 Volkswagen Jetta which I wanted to sell, so I thought I would get it detailed. When they called me to pick up my car, I noticed my windows were smeared. I asked one of the managers "Kit" why my windows were so smeared? He says "Oh, you're tint is wearing off. My car did the same thing". Then he says "we don't wash tinted windows because the solution we use would mess up the window". NO S__T! That's exactly what happened! And then he kept walking. So because it was extremely busy and I couldn't get him to slow down to talk to me, I got in my car and drove off like a dummy. I couldn't even see clearly through my windshield. I pulled over to wipe it several times. To this day, I can't get him or his side kick to come to the phone. I'm telling you, they will muck up your car. Oh, and a bonus...I discovered I was one floor mat short when I got home. THEY KEPT ONE OF MY BACK SEAT FLOOR MATS!

Just an average car wash. Nothing spectacular to speak of, same services you would receive most places. However, they are a little pricey.

The prices are higher and the service is awful. Make sure you check you car today was the second time I got home and the tires on my passenger side was not dressed. Called them they wanted me to bring it back. No way I was driving all the back over there from South Baltimore. 21.99 and the car was half done... that's it for me. REALLY BAD SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT!!! Going to call Better Business Bureau

Owners of the Rainbow Softcloth Car Wash felt it was not their job to compensate me for a deliberate act of vandalism by one of their salty Hispanic Employees. I asked the employee to assist with the cleaning job of my car because only one guy was working and rims of the tires were not cleaned appropriately. I paid $29.00 for the service and there were no other cars around. When I went inside to complain to the owner, Asian told me, I didn't have to come back any more but he was not giving me compensation for waiting such a long time. When I got home, the Spanish Dude poured cleaning solution on books and clothes that were in my trunk and inside of a garment bag I had in the car. I went back to the location and demanded payment for the damage. The owners would not come out and look at the damage. When they realized I was parked in front of the drive way for additional business they came out. After the police arrived, the owners stated they had no compensation for the damage done inside the trunk and they had nothing to say to me.

Stay away from this place. Called to make an appointment and was told I would have to wait 4 weeks because "thousands of other people" called and made an appointment before me. Sierra who claims to be a manger has zero customer service skills and immediately treated me with ignorance and rude comments. Not worth dealing with someone who clearly does not care whether they receive your business or not.

A horrible business. It took 4 weeks to make an appointment. I was told my car would be ready in 45 minutes, but after 90 minutes they still hadn't touched it. The manager herself gave lots of hand-waiving excuses and full-throttle attitude when I inquired about the delay, acting as if I had no reason to feel frustrated. She said I could continue to wait or feel free to leave and *try* to ask Groupon for my money back -- clearly she didn't give a damn about my business. I left with my dirty car and tears in my eyes. Save yourself and stay away from Next Level.
