Do temp agencies offer benefits?
Most temp agencies offer benefits, but there is still a significant out-of-pocket expense. Since a temp is not a full-time employee, most do not offer a free benefits package--it would cost them too much money to do that. However, they often allow access to plans, or a variation of plans, that they offer their full time employees who qualify--but you will be paying for these benefits.

How much does it cost to repair a TV?
Nearly all TVs, no matter how new or old, can usually be repaired – unless you got mad and threw it out a window. However, most standard problems, like fuzzy or distorted display, no power, power but the TV won’t turn on, and sound and digital issues can usually be fixed by a brave DIYer, or a skilled service tech. For simple fixes, depending on the cost of parts and the labor rates, you can reasonably expect to pay roughly $100-$250 at local or independent repair shops – more (probably a lot more) if you go to chain box stores. A rule of thumb when considering repair options: if the repair costs are 50 percent or more than the value of the TV, consider replacing the TV instead. Can a flat screen TV be repaired?
Depending on the specific problem, there is a good chance your flat screen television can be fixed. Faulty parts and damaged screens can be often replaced -- within reason. Most electronics come with manufacturer’s warranties that will cover all or part of the cost of faulty items - for a limited time. If the screen on your flat screen is broken or cracked, you can try replacing the screen, LCD, plasma, or LED parts yourself. Do some research and watch available videos online. Rule of thumb: if it costs 50 percent or more of your TV’s value to fix it, consider replacing it instead.
How long do signs usually last?
The lifespan of signs depends on the materials, the craftsmanship, and a little luck. Aluminum and other composite material signs can last for decades, especially if they are not directly affected by the elements. Neon and other lighted signs can also last for a long time if they are well made, well maintained, and things like Mother Nature or vandals don’t wreak havoc on them. Even cheap banners and signs can last for years, especially if they are indoors.
Do business signs require maintenance?
Yes, signs need maintenance. Most all need periodic cleaning, especially outdoor signs where weather and the elements can dirty them up. Lit signs might need bulbs changed, or the elements in neon signs can fail and need replacement. You can probably change the bulbs and clean the signs yourself with a basic cleanser, but broken neon elements should be professionally replaced.
How long does it take to make a business sign?
The cost of a sign is completely dependent on the sign itself. How big is it? What kind of materials and graphics? Does it light up? Is it neon? You have to reach out to a sign making company, one that specializes in your types of sign, to get a realistic quote on costs and labor times. Simpler signs will obviously take less time to make, and some projects can be turned around in 24 hours. An elaborate neon sign could take several weeks.
