I am sad that I even have to write this review, but as a medical supplier and a business operating in Girard, OH this business should certainly know better.
I do not live in the city of Girard. I do however work there and drive past BMS Girard location at least 4 times a week. It has been very disheartening every morning to pass BMS and see 2 to 5 BMS employees standing along the side road of their building smoking. Now, so not to lose you - I am not against smoking. What I am upset about is the discarded cigarrettes EVERYWHERE! They are on the sidewalk, the grass, BMS parking lot and even on sidewalk across the street which is also used by BMS employees. As a business, as a medical supplier, do you have no respect? As a business who operates in Girard, have you no respect for the city and its residents? I know many Girard family members and citizens who love their city and you are basically using their hometown as an ashtray. The company I work for in Girard has pride for Girard. It tries to better the community. You, BMS, by letting this go on for MONTHS, have disrespected Girard. You can sweep up the butts from YOUR driveway, but try cleaning the HUNDREDS thrown and stuck in the brick road. I will say that my husband does purchase medical equipment from your company, and with everything said, we will be going elsewhere. I do hope, for the betterment of the city of Girard, and the reputation of your business, that you clean up your litter and purchase something so that your employees may dispose of their cigarettes properly.
Check your invoices, especially what they charge your insurance provider. My insurance company was charged for items that I did not recieve. I also had purchased an item, paying cash, and they charged the insurance company for it as well.
