        technician didn't fasten sway bar on my front right wheel. drove to firestone in Sheridan and they found loose bar when they installed ball joints. I was traveling home with 4 of my grandchildren from vacation and was still 900 miles from home. White's told me I should make it home okay, but to have someone look at it. If I hadn't driven so slow to get to the Sheridan Firestone, my family could have been injured or killed when my tire came off doing the 80 mph speed limit.

        Overall

        Terrible experience. Called while traveling and was refused emergency service. Service manager stated they could help us in two weeks and did not offer any alternative shops or assistance at all. Found smaller local shop that had us up and going in one hours time. Pitiful business
