Our experience with Custom Windows Plus was excellent from start to finish. Norm Courchaine, the salesman, was so precise. He measured every window perfectly, explained everything in detail. He also was very personable, honest, and really knew what he was talking about. We really liked him and trusted him. We knew Custom Windows Plus had high quality windows, but it was actually because of Norm that we decided to purchase the windows. What a great choice! When the crew came to install the windows, they were exceptionally hard workers. Todd & Shawn made everything so easy and worked steady even when the weather was so hot. The installation was so smooth. They cleaned up as they went along, and there was not even one thing we had to clean up inside or outside of the house when they left. It was a pleasure working with them. They explained in detail how the windows worked. We loved everything about this company and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of windows.
