THE WORST! AVOID AT ALL COST! I had my deal all worked out through e-mail. When I arrived everything changed. They would not honor our deal, even though I had the e-mails with the agreement. They said they made a mistake and could not honor that price. Price went up about 5k. I ask SEVERAL times to speak with the GM. He was too busy to hear my concerns. He is also the one who OK'd the deal. Tried to put me in a lease. They were ridiculous! Total waste of time and energy. THEY LIE!
I have bought 7 vehicles myself and recommended 2 others to your dealership, I live over 40 miles away but always return...the service I receive from the staff and specifically Mr. Douglas Bonham. he is the reason I return year after year, his dedication to my needs and his easy going no pressure attitude and personality is second to none...it is the a joy to deal with him and the entire service and sales staff is exceptional.. Jessica Tenny was my Service Consultant...rate her a 10+!!!!! I have been visiting this dealership since I purchased my Corvette 10 years ago (Brown & Brown, then). During the years many changes have occurred...not negative...but, always seem to be changing the Service Consultants. Therefore, I have experienced many Consultants through the years. I must say that Jessica is a stand-out. Not because she is a woman and I am a woman BUT...she expresses complete understanding and concern for her client. Indeed, I had a number of concerns regarding my car and the various costs for repair. In addition, I needed a vehicle for my transportation while my car was being repaired. Jessica took care of everything quickly with no hesitation.I called her one day when she was not available...in a matter of minutes, she returned my call from her cell phone. She is a great representative for your company. I look forward to her help in the future when help is necessary.
I drove from Lake Havasu City to Gilbert to get my Best Deal on a Kia I wanted from Barbra Bloss at Horne Kia. I found a car I liked up in Kingman AZ but it was the Premier edition and not the "Limited Edition" which has more bells and whistles. I knew the car I wanted, but I needed to get a fair Price. I went on the Kia website and it showed one price PLUS title tax and doc charges and every dealer can charge what they want if you read the small print. Barbra Bloss at Horne Kia, I was informed Currently they have $6400 in rebates, are you in the military? Are you a College Grad? trying to find me discounts. In Kingman for a cheaper car, it was $533 for a 36 month 12k mile lease. In Tempe, I got two prices from two sales people for the same car on their lot, $493 and $467 same lease. When I called Barbra Bloss at Horne Kia, I got $330 for the same car same lease.
I went in too look at cars and ended up in a car that they didn't even let me drive first. It wasn't the car I wanted but I was told that it was the only one that I could get financed at 16% interest! I hate the car with a passion and am returning it. I would rather walk to dialysis than drive this car.
I'd choose half a star if I could. They basically offered to take away my car without paying anything for it. Save yourself some time and sell your well-maintained used vehicle on your own. I feel insulted. Never going back to CarMax for anything.
I must say that now after purchasing 3 vehicles from Ace Earnhardt with the help of his assistant Joel DeLaRosa. I would recommend these men and the Earnhardt Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep Store or for that matter any of the Earnhardt Dealers. They treat the customers with utmost respect and courtesy. The value and pricing I received was unbeatable. Plus the continued follow up after the sale and the quality of their service department is always top notch. I give them 5 stars.
A+++I was extremely satisfied with the service i received. Tony did an excellent job in repairing my wifes Ford Explorer a/c problem at a very reasonable price and did not fix 'something' that was not broken. Work was completed very quickly. I am very grateful i found TMG Auto Repair Shop, I would highly recommend.
I found that the staff at Berge Mazda were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My sales representative made multiple suggestions based on my requirements and I was very happy with the end results. I am also happy with the way the dealership worked with me so that we came to a happy business conclusion. I would buy from them again.
