First time visiting with a 'Community Welcome' pass, meaning a complimentary cut and manicure. The building itself is extremely outdated, and reminds me of my grandmother's civil-war-era home with rickety creaking floors and cracked ceiling plaster. Once you get past the hideous wallpaper and 1980s sinks, my stylist was amazing! Amanda was very patient with what I wanted, suggested some options for future visits, and really took the time to educate me on how to get what I wanted from my cut (which I feel nobody focuses on anymore!). My nails were gorgeous for about 4 days before the polish chipped, but I expect that from my own manicure so I wasn't shocked. I will definitely schedule with Amanda again, and just try not to look at anything in the shop.
Loved Amanda...great cut!! She listened, cut was just what I wanted. Traveling I never go to the same place...always nice to find a really good stylist.
The people are nice but unfortunately their haircuts are terrible. I ended up having to even it out myself!
I really want to leave no stars on this review. Tried for 30 days to contact S&S to discuss return and make another purchase. Left msgs. No return calls. Called again today. Extremely poor customer servce. Owner is a byzantine lout. Preaches rather than asks to help. Do not frequent this vendor.
I have been going to the Classic Cuts salon for over 10 years. Chuck is great as is the rest of his staff. Every time I go I have a blast while getting my hair cut and colored. Chuck works with you and explains what styles and colors works best for you and your skin tone. I would trust no one else to color my hair. I have also gotten numerous manicures and pedicures over the years and Crystal does an excellent job. If you are looking for professionals who know what they are doing Classic Cuts is the place to go.
