Mattress Warehouse

This is a terrible store! You absolutely cannot trust what they tell you. The manager/salesperson told me--several times--that I could return the mattress protector that I bought if it wasn't used. I opened the package to determine whether the mattress protector totally encased the mattress; I couldn't tell this from the packaging. The mattress protector did NOT totally encase the mattress, so I took it back to the store to return it AS THE MANAGER SAID THAT I COULD DO. The salesperson said that I couldn't do this because the product had been "used." He insisted that just opening the package was using the product. I would not have bought this product had the manager/salesperson told me this. I am in the market for another mattress, but I will not spend another cent at this store because I do not trust them.
