purchased a range because close to home and given a very fair purchase price. set-up delivery. was woken at 7 am,the day of delivery, to set-up time. range came but had damage and was the incorrect color. salespersons mistake. DAY one wasted. was given a $50 credit for inconvenience. set-up delivery for saturday. no one came as salesperson forgot to call it in. DAY 2 wasted. told would be delivered sunday between 10-12 for sure. deliver people wook us up on sunday at 7:10 to say they would be there between 12 and 3. they stated salesperson should have never told us 10-12 and we were at the top the list. Day 3 watsted. range was delivered in the rain. all i was told was we apology. i've purchased things here in the past but NOW THEY'VE LOST A CUSTOMER. i to would rather so to SEARS or elsewhere. per service, and this is not the delivery peoples fault. SALESPEOPLE. WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RECOMMEND.

I went to Appliance World because it was the closest Appliance place to my house and I won't be going again! The employees are so rude I was blown off by a couple employees before I could even get help. Next time I will drive the extra miles into Milwaukee. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
