If at all possible do not go to this location. The staff there is very rude and willing to threaten you. I come there all the time and get the same drink made the same way and they always find a way to mess it up. Then they end up shorting me on my drink because they have to scrape off the whipped cream that I told them not to put on on the first place. It is not fair for me to pay for a medium and get technically of small once they're done scraping off what shouldn't have been on there. And then to top it off the manager let the girls keep talking crap to me and did nothing about it didn't even offer me anything either for them being so rude. They deserve to be fired for how they treated me. And then the girl that served me said she thought it was funny that she messed up my drink. How messed up is that. So if you go there expect nothing but crappy service and mean employees that don't want to work and obviously can't read. By the way one of the girl's name was Jasmine. I hope you have better luck than I did. And I wouldn't even give them one start I would give them minus negative however many I could go they don't deserve anything but getting fired. I've never been so disrespected in my life it's unbelievable. So much for customer service.
When we walked in, a lady was complaining about her service to the manager. As we thought the employees were the problem, we soon heard the manager talking to customer about unprofessional issues, such as the workers. She discussed with a customer how she essentially couldn't stand her employees who "didn't live out here" in the area. It was a very unprofessional conversation and it made the overall atmosphere feel tense. She said she was in the process of "hiring and firing" referencing her "mouthy" workers to the customer. Also, after confirming our order multiple times, the order was still wrong and we eventually gave up on the restaurant.
Drive through missed two items from our order, at the window when we tried to request they fix the order, the girl went back to ask returning to say 'we don't allow add-ons at the window, you have to go around again'. Looking behind me at the 10 cars in line, I tried to explain to her that this was not our mistake and I didn't really have the time to wait in that line again, she rolled her eyes at me and walked back to her station throwing her arms in the air. I left and tried calling the manager on duty, she made me repeat myself three times asking for a manager, and then told me she was the manager. I asked who her district manager was, for I was going to get no where with this child, she told me to look it up online before she hung up on me. She proceeded to pick up the phone and hang up the next three times I tried to call back to get her name. I'm finding that this is not unusual behavior for this Taco Bell and it's employees.
We decided to go to taco bell for breakfast, first my boyfriend orders a qeusalupa, the guy working the drive through says they no longer serve those even though it was on the menu. When we got up to the window it took him a good 6 to 8 minutes to get our food, we also had to ask for our drink. He didnt say have a nice day or anything. Worst customer service weve had by far. Also half of our food was old and gross. We will be taking our buisness elsewhere.
