People need to hear the good things about Holland Studios. We had our son’s senior pictures taken in August 2017 and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received there. Terri, who went over our proofs, explained the pricing, and took our photo order was exceptional!!! I have had contact with her recently to reorder some additional photos and she went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy. She was super easy to talk to, extremely friendly, listened to our needs, and was so attentive. If I could give her 10 stars I would. If you want exceptional service ask for Terri. She is awesome!!!
They redid My Wedding Pictures of Jan 26 1957, about 3 years ago, They had faded into nothing, Cheap film from 1956, My husband,s head was cut of at the top,.Wonderful Job, So Happy with them, Zadie Idona Carter, Of Zadie Loves Dolls, Doll Hospital.Given Ave Memphis Tn.
Sheila(old lady) I think is her name is very unprofessional and rude. She better be glad I had my children with me and my child needed to pick picture for yearbook or I would've cursed her old ass out. I took pic of terrible proof to show my husband how they had our son looking like he weighed 300lbs with that big ass tux on. What could i do with a picture from my phone that had HOLLAND STUDIOS ACROSS IT.... NOTHING! She needed to calm down! I'm glad he's taking pics elsewhere! Prices are ridiculous!!!
Today I met my niece to look at picture. The proofs are so horrible and blurry. You can't see which ones you like. As my niece and I were at the counter, my niece was trying to set up an appointment, with one of the employees. Employee (found out she is manager) walks over and say to my neice "Where did you go with the book?" My niece says, "outside". Manager snatch book out of my hands and laid it down. I went off and told her she was rude. They will not get a dime of my money! I am not finish with this matter.
If you have the option to avoid this business, I recommend doing so! My son's school sent home proofs from his school picture and the background options are so blurry, you can't tell what they are. I called them and asked if I could view the backgrounds on their website and was told no and treated very rudely, like I were attempting to steal their backgrounds. I will not be purchasing these photos since I can't even tell if I will like them, my money will be going to a more professional photographer instead. I'm attaching a photo of the shoddy printout I received.
My daughter had braces on for the last year and a half. Therefore, we wanted to wait to get her senior picture made after her braces were removed. The school gave us extra time for her to get the braces off. But they did ask us to make a decision on a picture for the annual the day the pictures became available. My wife went to Holland that day and chose the picture without me seeing them. Because she ordered the picture and paid $225 for it, she was not offered the proofs to take home for me to see. I just went to Holland and spoke with a Terry Moore, who identified herself as a manager. I explained the situation and asked if I could get the proofs to see if I wanted to buy more pictures. I was talked to in a very condescending manner and she finished her comments with "Well, I can see this is going no where" and turned away. I seriously encourage any parent thinking of using this organization for any photograph that is important to the family to choose another photographer.
The employees really take the time to make this experience a great one! Loved the pictures and the people!
This is such an amazing studio! Everyone is very professional and helpful. Getting photos taken should always be a fun and happy experience and the Holland Studio staff made that happen! Thank you for smooth and enjoyable process. We will be back for sure!
The service was amazing, all I saw was smiling faces and great attitudes. Definitely a phenomenal environment.
