Andy treated me very fairly and did everything he could to make the deal that I requested. Everything was accomplished as quickly as I could expect. I felt very well treated and special while working with Andy.

The dealership is professional in look and atmosphere. The showroom, garage and offices were spotless which meant to me they really take pride in their environment. Our Salesperson Andy Russo is a true find. He has years of previous experience as an engineer which I felt gave him great depth in dealing with people and automobiles. He could answer every question we and about the vehicle and price. He did not have to go check with anyone. He was prompt and patient. He let me decide if I liked the product and was not pushy. Phil our finance person very knowledgeable and had a great experience with him too.(no surprises). We had various quotes from other dealers and Criswell by far was the lowest quote of them all. We bought from them and plan on getting our vehicle serviced from them (many of my neighbors and friends have said they also have great service people too). We are happy with our new Honda and happy to have found Criswell.

I bout a Honda Accord from Criswell Honda. Customer service was so good and they explain things very clearly. Very friendly in nature and don’t provide unnecessary information.

I went to see Dominique to purchase my new car and a good friend had highly recommended him after purchasing her vehicle. My first impression was that Dominique was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

I have purchased three vehicles from Criswell and the experience has been great. I especially liked the attentiveness and sales experience delivered by Stefan Kube. A deal was worked out in a minimum amount of time and without aggravation. He also was able to find the vehicle that met my expectations. I will return to Criswell and Stefan when I need to make another purchase.
