First the eye mask is applied to allow sitting time while the brows are shaped, then the area is cleansed with nutritious sweet almond oil to lubricate the skin so the wax adheres to the hair and not the skin. Following that I customize the brows to your very own perfect natural shape then trimmed if necessary. At the end I will apply a soothing aloe based cooling gel to calm the skin.         Decided for the first time to get my brows waxed but was not interested in going to a nail salon. Great consultation prior to the procedure. Fantastic results...never knew my brows could look this great! Am now and forever will be a loyal customer!!! :-)
