Today I had an Appointment with what was supposed to be the ""Salon Manager AKA Amy"" at Petsmart. First off I got to the salon with my dog, he was already on edge from having to be groomed, we walk into the grooming department and had to wait in line for 30min to even be seen for an appointment that I was on time for. When I was finally seen I was pushed quickly through the process, I didn't get the impression that the woman I spoke to got the jest of what I wanted but she reassured me over an over ""I'm the manager, I've been doing this a long time.. A LOT of dogs act this why when you drop off, it gets better once you?re gone"" Max had been groomed for years and never once did I see him as scared as he was in Petsmart. I left as the woman instructed and I got a call FOUR hours later saying Max was done and ready to go home, I went an got him; an he was over excited to get out of the store. I got Max home and noticed that he had a rash all over him and his belly had a 1in cut down his torso!! I WASN?T told about any problems during the groom so I don?t understand WHY MAX WHOULD HAVE CUTS ON HIM!! When I called back to ask what happened Amy blamed it on he already had a rash and cuts on him.. BULL S!!
