I went there yesterday because my pharmacy was closed due to the holiday. First they tell me that the birthday I give them doesn't match what my insurance has on file, then they tell me that my insurance says missing birthday. I tell them that something is not right because I never have a problem with my insurance and I use it several times a month. Then they tell me that my medicine needs a prior authorization or P.A. from my insurance. I knew that was wrong because the 1st of January I had a 6 months P.A. done on it and it was only May 29th. I ask them to enter my info again because something must have been typed in wrong and they say sorry, our hands are tied...I have to leave without my medicine and drive home. I call my insurance company today and sure enough I had a PA through the end of June. I live quite a ways from the pharmacy so I call my regular pharmacy in my town to tranfer it, and CVS tells them no, that they can't transfer it. I had to call my doctor and get them to send a whole new prescription to my pharmacy and have them cancel the one at this CVS. I will not be going back there ever again, holiday or not.

I HIGHLY recommend Georgetown Pharmacy to anyone who is tired of long wait times and rude employees!! The staff are very friendly, they make you feel welcome and like a valued customer, and you're in and out in a very short amount of time! Georgetown Pharmacy is a wonderful establishment!

This pharmacy is awesome , wonderful staff and quick service .If u don't have a permanent pharmacy go to Georgetown pharmacy . Thanks guys for the wonderful service .

the best people, fastest service, and great location. Everyone there is fantastic and extremely helpful, filling orders and offering advice. It now takes 5 minutes to fill an order as opposed to 30 to 45 minutes across the street at the big box store.

Best pharmacy in Georgetown ! Very friendly staff and super fast service ,they took time to look for a way to save me money on my prescription and did so without me asking them to ,I will never change pharmacies again hometown will always be my pharmacy .

Awesome service and such a friendly staff. Couldn't imagine filling scripts anywhere else.
